Tooled Jesmonite master, creating sockets and sanded and filled any imperfection that would affect the gilding. Created long term production skin moulds. This way when the silicone wears out and new silicone pour can be made using the existing casing saving time and materials. Main body cast in Jesmonite, Ancillaries and limbs in polyester resin. 7 moulds in 17 parts.
